For some pastors our tiredness at times might be due to difficulty with the high level of stimuli we receive from people's needs and our busy environments. Sensitive types can get overloaded with data from their environment and need to retreat from stimuli regularly. Might you have that need? We'll discuss together how to accept and take care of yourself.
