Mission & Advocacy Committee
Ecumenical Funding Program

You may already be familiar with ecumenical mission funding opportunities in the Presbytery of Genesee Valley as administered by the Mission & Advocacy Committee. Mission funds received from the 71 churches of the Presbytery of Genesee Valley are allocated to the committee for distribution to various ecumenical ministries in communities within the bounds of our Presbytery.

In light of the Presbytery’s newly adopted vision and strategies, the committee has reviewed and revised the process. The program guidelines and funding request form are below.

The Mission & Advocacy Committee must receive your completed funding request form by March 31, 2008 in order to be considered for funding in the year 2009. Please note that approved funding requests are not assured until September 2008, when the Presbytery approves its 2009 Budget.

Please contact with any questions or concerns.
