Natural Church Development
Coaches
Many churches have discovered that engaging the services of an outside consultant or “coach” is beneficial in the Natural Church Development process.
The Presbytery has a network of NCD coaches. NCD Coaches are trained to help congregations develop and implement plans to address the minimum factor identified by the survey.
Fees for coaching services are $25 per contact hour (on-site or telephone consultation, training session or retreat).
