Clergy & CLP Family Picnic
The Clergy Care and Development Committee invites all Clergy and Commissioned Lay Pastors and their families to our Annual Clergy Family Picnic.
Thursday July 17- Shelter #3, Hamlin Beach State Park
- Folk Song Jam: 3 to 5 pm
- Dinner at 6 pm

The Committee will provide
- Appetizers
- Snacks
- Charcoal and lighter fluid
Please bring the following for your family
- Hotdogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, or whatever you’d like to grill
- Condiments and rolls for the above
- A dish to share with others
- Non-alcoholic beverages, (we don’t have a permit for alcoholic beverages)
- Paper goods and utensils for your own use
- Trash bag to tote your trash out (Hamlin Beach is a carry-in, carry-out park)
The shelter is reserved beginning at 8 am, so come early and enjoy the park.
Hamlin Beach State Park is located north of Hamlin, off the Lake Ontario State Parkway. Admission to the park is $7 per car. If you are 62 or older, admission is free on weekdays, excluding holidays. Just show your driver’s license.
Shelter #3 is an enclosed shelter with covered outdoor grilling facilities. It is close to the bathhouse, swimming beach and sports area.
