Combined Fall Youth Retreat at Watson Homestead, Nov. 7–9
A group of youth leaders in Rochester are meeting to plan a combined youth retreat. The first planning meeting will take place on
- Tuesday, June 3, 9:30am
- at the Bagel Bin, Twelve Corners/Brighton.
The first task is to plan the theme for the retreat. Interested leaders are invited to come with ideas, time and talents to share.

- Course Description
- This intensive course will explore historical and contemporary theories of human psychological and faith development.
Participants will:
- apply these theories to teaching people of all ages in the church,
- conduct faith interviews and elicit drawings that portray images of faith
- examine this material using the lens of developmental theory.
Class format will utilize a variety of teaching models to further inform participants’ future educational practice.
This 30-hour course will fulfill the certification requirement for CCE or CACE. - Need more info?

- Visit your church and share our curriculum choices in a meeting or workshop setting with educational leaders in your congregation.
- Help your church know what to order and when and how to order your materials.
- Train your teachers and set up a schedule for your church school year.
- Report your questions, concerns, suggestions, and ideas to the developers of our curriculum.
