Youth Mission Madness

It’s Mission! It’s Madness! It’s Ministry for Others!

Calling all youthWhat:
Mission Madness is a “hands-on” mission workday. Whether it is washing windows, cleaning up a basement or yard, playing with children, visiting the elderly, feeding the hungry, or filing papers, it is done in the spirit of caring.

As part of Mission Madness, all youth will be assemblingHygiene Kits for Church World Service. Any remaining items will be donated to Cameron Community Ministries, a local ministry supported by Presbytery of Genesee Valley.
When:
Saturday April 26, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

8:30 am – 9:00 am Sign in!
9:00 am Organize into site groups
9:30 am Depart for sites
10:00 am – noon Work on Site
12:30 pm Arrive at Gates for lunch and closing
1:30 pm Leave for home

Absolute Registration Deadline:
Monday April 7
Where:
Beginning and ending at Gates Presbyterian Church, 1049 Wegman Rd [ map ]
Who:
Youth in grades 6–12 and adult advisors. Groups must bring one adult driver for every car load of youth.
Youth missionWhy:
To do God’s work of sharing and caring while having fun with other Presbyterians
Cost:
$5.00 each to be paid with group registration form (morning snacks and lunch included!)
How:
Information packets, including registration forms, will be mailed to “Youth Ministry Contacts” by March 1st Make plans to participate! Then send the Church Registration Form and your check (payable to “Presbytery of Genesee Valley”) to:
